Functions and Requirements

The front lower swing arm assembly is an important part of the vehicle suspension system, which is used to transfer the force between the wheels and the body, and isolate the vibration transmitted to the body from the ground. It ensures reasonable compliance characteristics of the whole vehicle and participates in controlling the trajectory of the front wheels. The whole working process is flexible, no interference, no stagnation, no abnormal noise.

The specimen shall be frozen for 3 minutes at a brittle temperature of -40℃, and then tested in accordance with the test method stipulated in GB/T 1682, and there shall be no cracks after the test. Ozone requirements in the 50 pphm 40℃, elongation 20% conditions, 72h should be no cracks; Bushing hardness for the front lower swing arm before the installation of bushing hardness requirements 65HS; front lower swing arm after the installation of bushing hardness requirements 70HS; rubber and metal skeleton pressed off the metal surface rubber adhesion rate of not less than 80% of the vulcanization of the total surface. The tensile strength of rubber shall not be less than 15MPa, and the elongation of rubber shall not be less than 300%.
